VANGELA Co.
Victoria Davis is a devoted servant-leader, excellence-driven administrator, and purpose-filled creative with a deep commitment to faith, leadership, and meaningful service. A proud Virginian, her spiritual foundation was established early and continues to guide both her personal and professional life. Her relationship with Christ shapes her approach to leadership, administration, and community impact.
Victoria serves as Media Director for the Virginia Northern Diocese, where she strengthens and expands the Church’s digital presence with clarity, creativity, and strategic focus. She also provides administrative leadership at Calvary Outreach Revival Center and has supported ministries across the Church of Our Lord Jesus Christ (COOLJC). Whether working behind the scenes or leading initiatives forward, she is known for her reliability, excellence, and thoughtful support.
Beyond ministry, Victoria is an engaged community advocate, a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated®, and an active volunteer dedicated to empowering others. From developing outreach initiatives to teaching media and communications, she approaches every opportunity with humility, compassion, and a genuine desire to help others grow.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and Pre-Law from Johnson C. Smith University and a Master’s degree in Executive Leadership from Liberty University—academic foundations that reflect her commitment to discipline, leadership, and continuous growth.

VANGELA Co. was founded in honor of Victoria’s late mother, Angela, whose exceptional gifts in church and business administration left a lasting impact. Known for her organization, integrity, and steady leadership, Angela helped strengthen ministries and support leaders with wisdom and grace.
The name VANGELA blends Victoria and Angela, representing legacy, strength, and purpose. Through VANGELA Co., Victoria continues that legacy by providing ministries and leaders with structured systems, dependable support, and solutions aligned with their mission.
Inspired by Maya Angelou’s words, “People will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel,” Victoria approaches every assignment with care and intentionality.
